Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected international destinations.

All items are handmade to order in our UK workshop. Please allow approximately 5–10 working days for production before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

We ship orders using Evri tracked services wherever possible. Tracking details will be provided by email once your parcel has been posted.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery location and are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2-3 working days after dispatch
• European Union: 5–14 working days after dispatch
• International: 7–21 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or factors outside of our control.

For EU and international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities.
