Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected international destinations.

All items are handmade to order in our UK workshop. Please allow approximately 5 -10 working days for production before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

All UK orders are sent using a fully tracked delivery service. To provide the most suitable service for each order, we use a carefully selected network of trusted courier partners, including Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD, UPS and others where appropriate. The courier used will depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery location and are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 working days after dispatch
• European Union: 5–14 working days after dispatch
• International: 7–21 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing or circumstances outside of our control.

For EU and international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their local authorities.
